María Isidora Undurraga, SIID-TR analyst, was highlighted in Women in Finance Latam as the financial woman of the month. 

Isidora is an Economist graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business-University of Chile, where she received the award as Best Teaching Assistant in Economics and Business Administration and recently taught Introduction to Macroeconomics at the same university. 

In her interview she commented: "Understand that mistakes are a learning process and are part of life, and in no case are they failures (...). It is important to take that mistake, learn from it, get up and try again."
